Membership Access and Expiration
Understand when your 24-month access period begins, what remains available during the term, and what to complete before access expires.
Your Access Period
Twenty-four months from activation
SurveyorCE membership provides 24 months of access beginning when the membership is activated for your account. Your account or membership record controls the applicable start and expiration dates.
The membership is a fixed-term purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
While Membership Is Active
What active access includes
Course Catalog
Access courses made available within the SurveyorCE unlimited-access catalog during your active term.
Learning Activities
Enroll in available courses and complete lessons, required assessments, and other assigned course activities.
Student Records
Use the student dashboard to review available progress and completion information and retrieve certificates when issued.
Before Expiration
Finish and preserve what you need
Complete unfinished courses
Allow sufficient time to finish lessons, exams, evaluations, and any other required activities before access ends.
Confirm completions
Review your dashboard and verify that completed courses and certificates appear as expected.
Download certificates
Download and retain your certificates and supporting records before expiration rather than relying on indefinite online availability.
Resolve account questions
Contact SurveyorCE promptly if the access dates or course records displayed for your account appear incorrect.
When Access Expires
Course access ends with the membership term
After expiration, you may no longer be able to enroll in courses, open course content, continue unfinished work, take assessments, or generate certificates. The availability of historical information in the dashboard may depend on the platform configuration then in effect.
Expiration does not erase SurveyorCE’s business, transaction, educational, or compliance records. Records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable recordkeeping practices.
Need continued access?
Because membership does not renew automatically, continued course access requires a new purchase when an eligible membership offering is available.
