Getting Started

How SurveyorCE Works

SurveyorCE provides 24 months of unlimited access to a catalog of
professional surveying continuing-education courses through one
straightforward payment.

One-Time Payment
24-Month Access
No Automatic Renewal

Membership Overview

One Membership for the SurveyorCE Catalog

SurveyorCE uses an unlimited-access model rather than requiring
students to purchase courses individually. A single payment
activates access to the available course catalog for 24 months.

During the active membership period, students may enroll in
available courses, review the educational materials, complete
required assessments, and obtain certificates for successfully
completed coursework.

The membership is not an automatically renewing subscription.
Access ends when the 24-month membership period expires unless
the student purchases a new access period.

Student Process

From Membership to Certificate

The SurveyorCE learner process is organized into four principal steps.

01

Activate Your Membership

Create a student account and complete the one-time payment to
activate 24 months of unlimited course access.

02

Select a Course

Browse the catalog by subject area and select courses relevant to
your professional practice and licensing requirements.

03

Complete the Course

Review the required course materials, complete the lessons, and
satisfy the applicable assessment requirements.

04

Download Your Certificate

After successful completion, download the certificate and retain it
with your professional continuing-education records.

Course Selection

Choose Courses Relevant to Your Practice

The catalog is organized by surveying practice area. Students may
browse boundary, legal, geospatial, construction, transportation,
hydrographic, floodplain, engineering, safety, ethics, management,
and other professional subjects.

Each licensee remains responsible for determining whether a
particular course satisfies the requirements of the applicable
licensing board. Course descriptions and supporting information
are provided to assist with that evaluation.

Course Completion

Materials, Assessments, and Records

Each course must be completed according to its stated requirements
before a certificate becomes available.

Course Materials

Review the assigned lessons, documents, and other educational
materials before attempting the course assessment.

Course Assessment

Complete the required examination and achieve the stated passing
score before completing the course.

Completion Records

Download certificates promptly and maintain them with supporting
course records for the period required by your licensing board.

Membership access, unfinished courses, and online certificate
availability may end when the 24-month membership period expires.
Students should complete their courses and download all certificates
before the expiration date.
