SurveyorCE.com is operated by Cadistics LLC. By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing access, or using a course, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable Membership Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Professional Responsibility

Course acceptance, subject-matter requirements, reporting obligations, and renewal rules are determined by the licensing authority with jurisdiction over the learner. SurveyorCE provides educational content and general guidance but does not make the final licensing determination. Each learner is responsible for confirming current board requirements and selecting appropriate coursework.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

Accounts are personal to the registered user and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or used to obtain credit for another person. You agree to provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and notify SurveyorCE of suspected unauthorized access.

• Do not copy, redistribute, publish, sell, scrape, or create derivative products from course content except as expressly authorized.
• Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not misrepresent identity, attendance, course completion, quiz performance, or eligibility for continuing-education credit.
• Do not use automated systems to complete courses, assessments, or account activities.

Educational Credit and Certificates

Certificates document completion within the SurveyorCE system based on the applicable course requirements. A certificate is not a license, board approval, guarantee of acceptance, or representation that every jurisdiction will award credit. SurveyorCE may correct, suspend, or invalidate records affected by error, fraud, account sharing, or misuse.

Intellectual Property

The website, course guides, assessments, graphics, software, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Cadistics LLC and are protected by intellectual-property law. A purchase grants a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the materials for personal professional education during the authorized access period.

Availability and Changes

We may maintain, modify, replace, correct, suspend, or discontinue website features or course materials. We may also restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation
