Rules governing SurveyorCE course materials, assessments, website content, trademarks, and permitted personal use.

Ownership

Unless otherwise identified, the SurveyorCE.com website, course guides, questions, assessments, illustrations, graphics, page designs, text, databases, software configurations, logos, and branding are owned by or licensed to Cadistics LLC. They are protected by copyright, trademark, contract, and other applicable laws.

Limited Personal License

Authorized users receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to access and use eligible materials for their own professional continuing education during the applicable access period. Downloadable course materials may be retained for personal reference unless a particular item states otherwise.

Prohibited Uses

  • Reproducing, publishing, posting, distributing, selling, licensing, or sharing course materials or assessment content.
  • Uploading materials to shared drives, repositories, artificial-intelligence training systems, course-sharing sites, or commercial databases without written authorization.
  • Removing copyright, trademark, authorship, attribution, or rights-management notices.
  • Creating competing courses, answer banks, derivative commercial products, or automated extraction datasets from protected content.
  • Using SurveyorCE names, logos, or trade dress in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation.

Third-Party Materials

Certain standards, publications, images, excerpts, or references may remain the property of their respective owners and are used under license, permission, applicable limitation, or other lawful basis. No ownership of third-party material is claimed.
