Payment and Account Activation
Learn how the one-time membership purchase, account identification, and 24-month access activation are intended to work.
The Membership Purchase
One payment for a fixed access term
SurveyorCE unlimited access is offered for a one-time payment of $135. A completed purchase provides 24 months of access under the applicable membership terms.
This is not a recurring subscription. SurveyorCE does not automatically charge the purchaser again when the access term ends.
Expected Process
From payment to course access
Review the offer
Confirm the price, access period, membership terms, refund policy, and email address that will be associated with the account.
Complete secure payment
Submit payment through the designated checkout. Payment-card information is handled by the applicable payment processor rather than stored directly by SurveyorCE.
Confirm your account
Sign in to the account associated with the purchase. If account creation or email confirmation is required, complete those steps using the same email address.
Verify active access
Open the student dashboard and confirm that eligible courses can be accessed. Retain the purchase confirmation for your records.
Avoid Account Problems
Use one consistent identity
Match Email Addresses
Use the same email address for checkout and your SurveyorCE student account whenever the purchase process permits.
Avoid Duplicate Accounts
Do not create another account merely because access is delayed. Duplicate accounts can separate payment and course records.
Preserve Your Receipt
Keep the payment confirmation, transaction date, and email address used for the purchase in case support is needed.
Activation Timing
Verify access after payment
Successful payment does not excuse the student from confirming that membership access is attached to the correct account. Processing, account confirmation, security screening, or a mismatch in account information may delay access.
If payment appears successful but eligible courses remain unavailable, first sign out and sign back in. Then verify that you are using the intended account before contacting support.
Do not submit repeated payments
If a checkout result is unclear, check for a receipt or pending charge and contact SurveyorCE before attempting another purchase.
Before You Contact Support
Information that helps us investigate
- Your full name and the email address associated with the student account.
- The email address used during checkout, if different.
- The approximate payment date and transaction or receipt reference.
- A concise description of the access or account problem.
Never send your password, complete payment-card number, card security code, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
